It is the relationship between language and communication that In-Sun, Choi fundamentally deals with in his works. Various symbols, shapes, and images in his works is the things that objectify his fragments of thoughts and experiences. They are the images of his own language and concept. These linguistic images, as he calls, are fragments on the line of course not ending and starting. They are kinds of bits of his thoughts because he carves them on a three-dimensional canvas not because he simply paints them on a plane canvas.

Though he only uncovers and displays a piece, spectators take it into their inner spaces to extend infinitely and reversely throw their inside to his works to assimilate and create new, various meanings.

A lot of possibility and meaning is created through the language expressed in his works, finally this implies that his linguistic sculptures are living language creating variety of meanings, chances, and lives with spectators feeling sympathy toward him, breathing the same air with him together.
